How do I go about placing an order?
Please use the form on the CONTACT page or email directly to MurchiesCakehouse@gmail.com. Please include the following information: Event date, Number of servings, Cake/filling/buttercream flavors, any inspirational images or brief description of what your looking to get, as well as a reasonable budget (if any) you'd like to stay around.
How many flavors may I choose?
You may choose one flavor combination per tier cake (Single tier =1, Two-Tier =2, etc.) and only one flavor per dozen cupcakes, cake pops and mini Bundt cakes.
Do you provide cake tastings?
Yes, I offer cake tasting boxes every 2-3 months with six different cake flavor combinations to try! If you're planning a wedding or big event, be sure to plan ahead on trying a box before booking with me!

Do you cater to dietary restrictions?
Our kitchen processes eggs, gluten, nuts and dairy, therefore we are not at a capacity to cater to dietary restrictions at this time.

Can my florist decorate my cake?
Due to food safety and insurance reasons, only Murchie's Cakehouse is permitted to dress the cake. Naomi would be happy to work with your florist to have them supply the florals for the cake prior to the event.
Do you offer delivery?
Delivery is available for multi-tiered cakes and big orders only (single tiers do not qualify). Delivery fee is based upon the number of miles there and back. Places outside of Yakima that are less than 1 hour away are qualified for delivery
Cake care guide?
The best place to keep the cake during transportation is on the floor or boot of the car on top of a nonslip mat and with the air-condion on! Unless delivery is organized, Murchie's Cakehouse is not responsible for any damages to your cake/product after it has left the premises.
Where are you located for pick-ups?
I'm located in the postcode of 98908. For cake, cupcakes, custom treats and cake tasting boxes, address will be supplied once order is confirmed. Specific pick-up times will also be discussed.
What is your return, cancellation and pick-up policy?
50% non-refundable retainers are set in place because the date that was booked upon placing an order was blacked out and made unavailable to other potential customers. For more information, please visit the link below:
